We received an email stating what classes and who our instructors will be for the 4th Quarter (January; February; March, 2009):
Dance Classes: Cha Cha; Fox Trot; Salsa
Rotating Instructors: Benny & Faith Agbayani (Dance Director and Associate Director)

For the 1st Quarter (April; May; June, 2009), we will have Maury & Eve Duque as our rotating instructors and will also be our dance routine choregraphers. The dance classes were not announced.

I will be leaving on a business trip leaving on Tuesday, November 18th and returning on Sunday, November 30th. Chris Ano, Vice President, will be in charge. This means I will be missing the Ohana Night at the Ala Wai Palladium on Friday, Nov. 21st; Social Dance at Aliamanu Middle on Saturday, Nov. 22nd; and one dance class on Monday, Nov. 27th.

We will be practicing the new line dance “Good Times” for our Christmas skit on Saturday, December 6th, at the Ala Wai Palladium. This would be a fundraiser for the HBDA Building Fund so there is a donation of $5.00 for all those who plan to attend. We will practice on the following Thursday nights from 7 to 9 p.m.:
· November 20th
· November 27th (no practice-Thanksgiving Day)
· December 4th
Our uniform for the skit will be something that relates to Christmas. Maybe someone will dance in a Santa Claus Costume.
Pastor Ezekiel Chandra and his lovely wife, Kara, will be coordinating our Christmas story that goes with the skit that will go with our line dance, “Good Times”.

ATTENDANCE

As announced last week, we will be keeping attendance every Monday night and for those who attend the ten Monday night sessions (100% attendance), you will be eligible for a drawing to be held at our Quarter Ending Social on Monday, December 15th. Please check with Barbara Troegner who is keeping the attendance.
